Rental Criteria

Current Rental Requirements are to be as follows:

• Credit score of 625 or higher (one person on the lease must have)

• Proof from recent paystubs of 3 x income to rent ratio (combined of all financially responsible parties in unit)

• Complete a background check

Cosigner Requirements are to be as follows: 

• 700+ Credit Score

• Proof of 4 x income to rent ratio OR proof of liquid assets equalling 4 x the annual rent

• ONE cosigner allowed 

• Applicants using cosigner MUST prove 2 x income to rent ratio and a 575 credit score
